摘    要:装甲车辆主要通过螺栓实现各系统之间的连接安装,这种复杂系统中的接触应力分析目前仍然是有限元技术应用的难点.具体以典型部件装配为研究对象,研究接触有限元技术在三维部件装配体中的应用,为装甲车辆由单个零件的刚强度分析向系统级的刚强度分析探索新的思路.

Abstract:Armored vehicles are mainly installed through bolt connection between various subsystems, and the contact stress analysis of the complex system is still a problem for the application of the finite element technique. In this paper, the finite element technique is applied to the assembly of specific typical parts. The application of finite element technique to three-dimensional assembly is studied specifically in typical assembly, which provides a new idea to the stiffness and strength analysis from single part to systematic level assembly for the armored vehicle.
