摘    要:研究了甲基丙烯酸锌(ZDMA)用量、添加方式对CM/EPDM体系的硫化性能、力学性能和老化性能的影响。试验结果表明,在添加相同份数交联助剂的情况下,ZDMA的助交联效果优于其他交联助剂;随着ZDMA用量的增大,CM/EPDM胶料的硫化速度、硫化程度明显提高,力学性能得到明显改善,耐热空气老化性能基本稳定;ZDMA用量相同时,原位生成ZDMA的胶料的力学性能要好于直接添加ZDMA的胶料。

Abstract:The effect of different contents and adding methods of Zinc Dimethacrylate (ZDMA) on the performance of Chlorinated Polyethylene/Ethylene Propylene Dine Monomer (CM/EPDM) was investigated. The results showed that the mechanical properties of CM/EPDM with ZDMA generated insitu was superior to that of CM with ZDMA added directly with the equal amount of ZDMA addition. Compared to the other aid cross-linker, the cross-linking density and cross-linking degree of CM/EPDM improved significantly as the amounts of ZDMA increased, the mechanical properties of CM/EPDM also improved obviously. The retention ratio of the properties alter aging ahnost kept stable with the increase of the amount of ZDMA.
