摘    要:介绍了16.9-26 8PR农业无内胎轮胎的产品设计。其结构为轮胎外直径1424 mm,轮胎断面宽414 mm,行驶面宽度398 mm,胎圈着合直径663 mm,花纹深度80 mm,花纹块占整个行驶面面积的17.45%。前支撑角为13°,后支撑角为16°。施工设计上胎面采用了三方五块压出,胎体帘布采用4层1260D/2V1线及2层1260D/2V2线,机鼓采用直径为835 mm的半芯轮式,硫化采用胶囊式硫化罐硫化。成品轮胎室内试验结果表明,轮胎充气后外缘尺寸、物理性能、断面尺寸均达到设计及相关标准要求。

Abstract:The design of 16.9-26 8PR tubeless agricultural tire was described. In the structure design, the following paralneters were taken: Overall diameter 1424 mm, cross-sectional width 414mm, width of running surface 398 mm, bead diameter at rim seat 663 mm, mixed pattern design, pattern depth 80 mm, block/total ratio 17.45%, front-support angle 13 degree, behind-support angle 16 degree. In the construction design, the following processes were taken:Three-formula and five piece extruded tread, 4 layers of 1400dtex/2V1 and 2 layers of 1400dtex/2V2 dipped nylon 6 cord for carcass ply, using 835 mm semi-flat building machine drum to build tires, and using bladder curing autoclave to cure tires. It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension and physical properties and cross section sizes met the requirements of relative design and standard.
