摘    要:以一个典型的行星变速机构方案简图为例,分别运用解析法、啮合功率法、转换机构法和大小力矩法进行效率和功率流分析,结果表明:解析法在通用性、准确性上有一定的优势,同时此方法立足于结构分析,能通过直观的功率图进行功率流的分析,从而可以确定循环功率是否存在,以及所占的比例.

Abstract:Efficiency and power flow of a typical planetary gearbox scheme structure were analyzed with four methods in this paper, and the four methods are the analytical method, the meshed power method, the conversion structure method, the Big-and-Small torque method. The results show that the analytical method based on the analysis of the structure has certain advantages in universal adaptation and accuracy. This method can directly analyze the power flow by the power flow graph, so it can determine whether the recycle power exists and what the proportion of the recycle power in the overall power flow is.
