TOFD检测是一门新的无损检测技术,由于该技术在发展阶段,所以大多数的研究集中在适用范围和新设备开发方面。对于操作的规范性以及操作的方法技巧等关注很少。尤其对因为不正确的操作对检查结果会造成什么样的影响,国内外文献更是很少看到。本文从检测过程中最容易出现的中心线偏离问题入手,从理论上探讨其对检测结果的影响。让操作人员明白,正确操作的重要性,以及误操作的危害。增加其对操作规程的重视程度,以便取得更精确的检测结果。
