| Abstract: | Considering global water shortage and poor status of China's freshwater resources, seawater desalination is necessary and has good market prospects. Main thermal seawater desalination technologies are briefly introduced and analyzed. In addition, the present situation and future development of thermal desalination application are presented in the paper. |
