支架搬运车液压提升机构的设计研究

摘    要:介绍了液压支架搬运车液压提升机构的组成和工作原理,对液压提升机构的受力情况进行分析,对主要参数进行了设计计算,并对主要受力部件花键轴进行了有限元分析。为支架搬运车液压提升机构的设计、选型提供了参考。

Abstract:The composition and working principle of hydraulic lifting mechanism of shield carrier were introduced,loading situation is analysed and determination of main parameters of hydraulic lifting mechanism was calculated,and FEA has been done on spline,the major force component.Provides a reference for hydraulic lifting mechanism of shield carrier design and selection.
