基于衰减模式的锂离子电池状态诊断

摘    要:对MCMB/LiCoO_2锂离子电池的衰减模式进行研究,结果表明:正极荷电状态(SOC)移动,正极材料结构衰退,正极、负极极化和电解液动力学衰退是造成全电池容量衰减的共同原因,其中正极SOC移动是主要因素。基于上述电池衰减模式建立状态诊断模型,模拟电池的充放电曲线,模拟结果与实验结果吻合程度较高。基于电池衰减模式的诊断方法,可分析电池在循环老化过程中的状态变化。

Identifying state of Li-ion battery based on degradation mode
Abstract:The degradation modes of MCMB/LiCoO2 Li-ion battery were investigated.The results showed that the state of charge (SOC) offset of cathode,structure degradation of cathode,polarization of cathode and anode and kinetics decay of electrolyte were the common cause of the full battery capacity loss.The cathode SOC offset was the most important reason for the full battery capacity loss at any number of cycles.The identifying state modes were established by degradation mode,and the charge-discharge curve of the battery was simulated,it was found that the simulation results were coincided with the experimental results.The state change of the battery in cyclic aging process was analyzed based on the diagnosis method of degradation mode.
