频率跟踪在介质阻挡放电中的应用

摘    要:在介质阻挡放电中,由于受放电强度、环境温度、气体浓度、气体压力等因素的影响,负载的特性呈非线性变化,负载谐振回路的谐振频率也会发生变化,如果供电电源的频率不能很好的跟踪和匹配负载的谐振频率,将导致整机的效率降低,针对这种情况提出频率跟踪技术。通过采样负载端电流,经过零比较和脉冲整形,反馈到供电电源的同步端,实现负载谐振回路频率的实时检测、跟踪。经过原理设计、实物调试,印证频率跟踪技术在介质阻挡放电中高效可行。

Abstract:In dielectric barrier discharge,the characteristics of nonlinear load variation,the load resonant frequency of the resonant circuit will change due to discharge intensity, ambient temperature, gas concentration, gas pressure and other factors,if the resonant frequency of power supply frequency is not very good tracking and matching load,it will lead to a decrease in the efficiency.In view of this problem,a frequency tracking technology is proposed in this paper.By sampling the load current, it will feedback to the power supply terminal synchronization through the zero comparison and pulse shaping, and the real-time detection, frequency tracking of load resonant circuit is achieved. The verification of frequency tracking technology in dielectric barrier discharge is efficient and feasible through the principle of design and debugging.
