基于时序模型的含孤岛运行配电网供电能力评估

合理的孤岛划分对于优选负荷转移方案,进而保证持续供电能力有着重要影响,因此从供电能力角度评价孤岛划分方案十分必要。文中计及分布式电源(DG)与负荷时序特性,提出含孤岛运行的配电网供电能力评估指标体系。针对微网运行方式不同,将评估体系分为含微网的配电主网和孤岛运行微网两部分,选择、设计差异化指标,新增"供电能力合格率"与"供电峰谷差下降率"两项指标,用于分析影响供电能力的DG配置、负荷特性等因素。在多种场景下,对修改后的PGE69节点系统进行供电能力评估,分析对比表明该指标体系能全面、有效地从供电能力角度实现对孤岛划分方案的评估。

Evaluation of power supply capability for distribution network with isolated island operation based on time-series model

The isolated island classification scheme has influence on the optimal load transfer which is important on continuous power supply capability.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the islanding scheme from the viewpoint of power supply capability.Based on timing-sequence characteristics of distributed power (DG) and load,this paper proposes the evaluation index system of power supply capability for distribution network with isolated island operation.According to different operation modes of micro-grid,the evaluation system is divided into distribution network and micro-grid of isolated operation,and selects and designs differentiation indexes.The system includes two new indexes for analysis of the factors influencing the power supply capacity of DG configuration and load characteristic,such as qualified rate of power supply capability,the ratio between the peak load of the power supply and the lowest point of the load.The power supply capacity evaluation for the modified PG&E69 node system in different scenes.The analysis result shows that the index system can evaluate the islanding scheme comprehensively and effectively from the perspective of power supply capability.
