电力载波电源电路的高可靠性设计

摘    要:文章重点从过流和短路保护以及电源纹波抑制两方面介绍电力载波上电源电路的高可靠性设计。相比现有DC/DC和LDO保护电路,本中设计的保护电路不仅具备过流保护和短路保护功能,同时具有欠压检测功能,极大提高了电路可靠性,且降低保护状态下电源消耗以达到低功耗的目的。另外,采用巴特沃斯低通滤波器归一化设计LC滤波器,降低电源输出电压纹波,从而提高了电源抗干扰能力。从测试结果可看出,设计电路效果良好,且已通过国家电网计量中心检测。

Abstract:This paper focuses on the high reliability design of power supply for carrier communication circuit from two aspects of over-current and shortcut protection and ripple suppression.Compared with the DC/DC and LDO protection circuit,the circuit designed by this paper not only has the over-current and shortcut protection function,but also with under voltage protection,which greatly improves the reliability of the circuit and reduces the power consumption under the protection state to achieve low power consumption.The LC filter is used to reduce ripple voltage and improve ca-pacity of resisting disturbance through using the butter worth low-pass filter normalized design.Test results show that the circuit designed by this paper works well,and has been tested by state grid metering center.
