防冰状态下涡轴发动机零级导叶壁面温度场的计算

摘    要:介绍了一种防冰状态下涡轴发动机零级导叶壁面温度的简化计算方法。采用这种方法,导叶的水撞击效率以流场计算结果为基础使用拉格朗日法得到。在假设叶片壁面维持湿润的条件下,通过分析参与叶片壁面能量交换的各项热流,并结合空气系统的计算结果,确定了Ansys热分析时所需的边界条件,由此得到了热平衡时叶片壁面的温度场。与冰风洞热气防冰试验值的对比结果,证实了该简化计算方法的有效性,可为导叶热气防冰系统的设计提供一定指导。

Abstract:A method of calculating the surface temperature of inlet guide vane is introduced.Water impingement efficiency is achieved by Lagrange method with the flow field data.On the assumption that the inlet guide vane is in wet state,an analysis of the heat flows involved in the energy exchange on the surface is taken.Combined with the air system calculation results,the boundary condition for the numerical simulation with Ansys is obtained.Then temperature field of the inlet guide vane is achieved.Compared with the results of hot air anti-icing experiment conducted in the icing tunnel,the comparisons have proved the validity of this calculation method and its capability to provide some instructions for the design of hot air anti-icing system.
