摘    要:在对某压缩机企业的压缩机型式试验现场和要求分析的基础上,依据压缩机型式试验的国家标准,研究了压缩机各项性能参数的测试方法,给出测试解决方案,实现了一种基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器技术的压缩机型式试验测试系统,对系统软硬件设计进行详细介绍,现场运行测试表明,与传统仪器构建系统的方法相比,采用虚拟仪器技术效率高、性能可靠、使用方便.

Abstract:Based on the analysis of testing field and test requirement of an industry compressor enterprise and the national standard of compressor trial tests,the testing methods of each compressor performance parameter are researched,then a test scheme is given and finally a compressor trial test system based on LabVIEW technique is realized.The system structure,the hardware design and the software design are introduced in detail.Comparing with traditional design methods,it proves the system has high efficiency,per- formance stabilization and work convenience through field testing.
