| 摘 要： | 在压力容器的设计与制造过程中 ,其设计参数与操作参数是进行CAD和CAPP中的工艺内容决策与推理的主要依据。在建立基于E—R数据模型工艺数据库的基础上 ,结合模块化参数设计和成组工艺技术 ,设计了一种实用的柔性编码系统 ,它由固定码和柔性码组成 ,表明了零部件的结构特征、设计参数和操作参数 ,从而实现模块化参数设计的压力容器CAD/CAPP集成。

| Abstract: | Based on the establishing techniques database oriented to E-R model, modular parameterization design and group techniques, the paper develops a sort of coding system which consists of fixed and flexible codes. These codes indicate the structure feature, design and operation data of pressure vessel parts. It integrates the CAD and CAPP for pressure vessel design. |
