微波脱蜡工艺研究

摘    要:研究了微波脱蜡工艺过程以及可能影响微波脱蜡效果的几个因素,包括面层粉液比、背层数量、模壳放置的位置、微波功率的大小等。试验结果证明了微波脱蜡工艺的可行性,并证实了影响微波脱蜡效果的主要因素是背层数量、模壳设计及蜡料的成分。

Abstract:In this paper,the process and the influencing factors of microwave dewaxing were studied,including powder to liquid ratio of slurry,quantity of back-up coatings,power of microwave,etc.The study indicated that the most important impacts were quantity of back-up coatings of moulds,designs of wax pattern the composition of the wax.
