新型鱼雷灵巧引信设计方案

摘    要:介绍了一种新型鱼雷所用灵巧引信的设计方案,该引信的安全系统采用电子安全与解除保险装置,其爆炸序列采用冲击片雷管构成的直列式爆炸序列,在引信装到战斗部之前可以方便地进行加电检测,从而提高其作战性能。该引信由加速度传感器组件、电子安全与解除保险装置,高压电子起爆组件,雷管组合件等组成,采用一体化结构设计。操雷引信的保险具有可逆性。

Abstract:This paper introduces the design scheme of a smart fuze for new torpedo. An electronic S&A devices (ESADs) was adopted as the safety system of the fuze. The explosive train is a in-line system which uses slapper detonator.The fuze can be easily tested before it is fixed into the warhead,thus improving its battle performance. The fuze consist of an acceleration sensor unit, an ESADs, a safe electronic detonating unit and a detonator complex unit. It was designed integratively. The safety system of the train torpedo fuze is reversible.
