摘    要:介绍了3,3’,4,4’-二苯醚四甲酸二酐(以下简称单醚酐)特性、应用领域前景以及面临的问题。反应至少需要一种催化剂。可以在无溶剂、极性溶剂或非极性溶剂中制备(但需使用相转移催化剂)。这里介绍了这些催化剂和它们的性能。并且。单醚酐精制目前主要采用水或一种溶剂和酐混合成浆。加热回流。再冷却结晶以获得较高纯度的单醚酐。本文分析了它们的优缺点。重点对以苯酐、卤代苯酐、羟基苯酐、3,4-二甲基苯酚、4-溴代邻二甲苯为原料化学合成单醚酐方法及单醚酐的分离方法进行了综述。

Abstract:The properties, application area and foreground, facing problems of 3,3',4,4'-tetracaboxydiphthalic erther dianhydride (oxydiphthalic anhydride) were introduced in this thesis. The synthetic reaction may conduct in a polar or non-polar solvent and using a phase transfer catalyst. The properties of the usable catalysts and the methods for oxydiphthalic anhydride purification were introduced and recommended. The advantages and deficiencies of the methods were evaluated. The direct chemical synthesis technology of oxydiphthalic anhydride from phthalic anhydrides, halogenphthalic anhydride, hydroxyphthalic anhydride, 3,4-dimethylphenosalyl, 4-bromo-o-xylene and the separation methods of oxydiphthalic anhydride were reviewed with 23 references.
