沟埋式管道垂直土压力的数值模拟分析

摘    要:针对目前沟埋式管道垂直土压力计算不够准确的情况,利用有限元软件ANSYS对沟埋式管道垂直土压力进行模拟分析。研究了垂直土压力的大小及分布随沟槽宽度、管土相对刚度的变化规律。结果表明,沟槽越窄、填土越高,沟槽的减荷作用越大。管土相对刚度越小,埋管垂直土压力越小。管土相对刚度系数等于0.3~0.4时,管顶土压力接近均匀分布。

Abstract:The previous calculations of the vertical earth pressure of ditch burying pipes are often not accurate enough. Aiming at this problem, the finite element software ANSYS is adopted to analyze the vertical earth pressure of ditch burying pipes .The regulation between the value , the distribution of vertical earth pressure and trench width, relative stiffness of soil has been researched .It shows that the load reducing effect is more obvious with the decreasing of the ditch width and the increasing of the filling height. The vertical earth pressure decreases with decrease of relative stiffness of soil .The distribution of vertical earth pressure on pipes is even when the coefficient of relative stiffness of soil is 0.3-0.4.
