摘    要:水管冷却是混凝土坝温度控制的重要手段,过去采用钢管或铝管,近年国内外不少工程采用高强聚乙烯水管,已有取代金属水管的趋势,人们关心的一个问题是两种水管的冷却效果和经济比较。为此提出了聚乙烯水管等间距的计算方法,为两种水管冷却的效果和经济比较提供了依据。

Abstract:The cooling by water pipe is an important tool for the temperature control of concrete dam. In the past, steel pipe or aluminum pipe was also used as cooling pipe. In recent years, many projects at home and abroad have used high strength polyethylene water pipe as its cooling pipe to replace metallic pipe, which has become a trend. But the important problems concerned by the people are the cooling effectiveness and economic benefits of such two kinds of pipes. For this reason, this paper puts forward the calculation method of the equivalent space between polyethylene water pipes and provides the basis for the cooling effectiveness and economy comparison of such two kinds of pipes.
