摘    要:采用开放式体系结构和组件技术,在Windows平台上,设计开发了可重构电火花线切割加工(WEDM)自动编程系统。基于PC前端和高速I/O平台,结合嵌入式系统、在系统可编程及高效无阻脉冲电源等关键技术,对数控系统进行了可重构设计并加以实现。本研究是对可重构制造模式的有益尝试。

Abstract:Facing the intelligent RMM (Reconfigurable Manufacturing Model) , with OSA (Open System Architecture) and component technology, a reconfigurable auto- programming system for WEDM(Wire-cut Electrical Discharge Machining)is developed on Windows platform. And a numeric control system is also designed and realized reconfigurably, which based on PC and HyperTransport I/O, Embedded System, ISP (In System Programming) and high efficiency non-resistance pulse generator technologies. It is demonstrated that this research is a good try at RMM.
