45钢稀土催渗气体氮-碳-硼多元共渗的研究

摘    要:在气体软氮化的基础上,加入一定量的稀土催渗剂和供硼剂,进行一系列的稀土催渗气体氮-碳-硼多元共渗的试验研究。试验结果表明,45钢经稀土催渗氮-碳-硼多元共渗后,可在材料的表面形成较厚的化合物层和扩散层。使材料的耐磨性、耐蚀性获得了明显提高,离子探针检测证实,稀土元素镧也渗入了钢的表面,起到了微合金化的作用。

Abstract:A series of experiments on nitro-Carbo-boronizing energized by rare earth have been car-ried out.The results show that the thicker compound layers and diffusing layers can be formedand corrosion resistance is remarkbly improved.It has been proved that rare earth La also pe-rmeates into the layer and acts as an alloying element during the process of ni-tro-carbo-boronizing witn ion microanalysis.
