| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了如何运用威达工控牛顿7000系列智能模块来组建化工厂集散控制系统。从系统的硬件配置到软件设计，详细介绍了模块的选择、传感器与执行器接口，嵌入式控制模块的软件流程以及工控机的软件功能。系统稳定可靠，具有较高的性能价格比。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces how to use 7000 series intelligent modules of ICP to make DCS in chemical factory. From hardware configuration to software design, selection of modules, interface of sensors and executor, diagram of software in embedded controller and function of software in IPC are described in detail. The system is stable,reliable and cost-efficient. |
