摘    要:针对6~10kV配电网络事故中雷击跳闸率(占80%以上)高,提出避雷器安装配置及接地等方面的问题。对不同类型雷击过电压和避雷器安装档距进行了分析,综合比较了线路无间隙避雷器和线路有串联间隙避雷器的结构特点和保护范围,分别确定了两种避雷器的技术参数。建议以无间隙避雷器为主,以外串联间隙避雷器为辅的设置方式,提出了两种避雷器在输电线路中不同的防雷保护方案。在雷灾多发区域避雷器应带小型化放电计数器和脱离装置,同时对避雷器的接地引下线要进行优化布置。

Abstract:Aimed at high trip-outrate(higher than 80%)in flashover failure cases of distribution network 6~10kV.The problems concerning MOA arrangement and grounding were discussed.Analysis was made on lightning over-voltages of different kinds and installation span of surge arresters.Synthetic comparison of design feature and protection scope between line type surge arresters with and without spark gaps,and technical parameters of these two types surge arresters were determined.Two lightning protection modes of two type arresters on overhead lines were proposed.Arresters for use in thunderous regions shall be equipped with small-sized discharge counters and disconnectors and optimized ground- ing leaders.
