| 摘 要： | 分析了4.3 m焦炉由高炉煤气改烧焦炉煤气后加热系统存在的主要问题及原因,并提出了相应的改进措施,总结了改烧焦炉煤气的操作经验。改进后加热系统运行效果良好,提高了全炉温度的均匀性和稳定性,降低了炼焦耗热量。

| Abstract: | The main problems and causes existing in the heating system after burning the substitute of coke oven gas were analyzed, corresponding improvement measures were put forward and the experiences of burning COG were summa- rized. The operation after such improvements was encouraging and the uniformity and stability of the coke oven tempera- ture was improved, as a result, the heat consumption for coke-making was declined. |
