有机膦酸防垢剂对CaCO3表面Zeta电位的影响

摘    要:为了探讨有机膦酸防垢剂的防垢机理,适时测定了加入不同有机膦酸防垢剂时CaCO3生成过程中的Zeta电位,并与加人防垢剂EDTA的结果进行了比较。实验结果表明,CaCO3表面带有负电;生成过程中加入有机膦酸防垢剂,对CaCO3表面的Zeta电位没有明显影响。从配位化学及胶体化学的角度对实验结果进行了分析。

Abstract:In order to elucidate the scale inhibition mechanism of phosphonates, the zeta potential of CaCO3 was measured in situ during precipitating process. The experiment data was compared with that of EDTA. The results showed that the surface of CaCO3 was electronegative. The phosphonates had no obvious effect on zeta potential of CaCO3. The experiment result was analyzed by complexation chemistry and colloid chemistry.
