ZigBee Wireless Network Planning and Capacity Calculation

ZigBee is a rising wireless network technology based on IEEE 802.15.4.The paper introduces briefly the constitution of ZigBee protocol stack,the layer protocol reference model,and analyses the ZigBee network specialty.Based on the principles of Zigbee network planning,the paper brings forward several layout schemes of network topology,summarizes such parameters as the highest network capacity and network delay of each network topology layout scheme.During the wireless network construction,firstly the network planning is implemented and then the network optimization is achieved,finally the optimum network performances are realized.So this technology has some guiding effect in the ZigBee network planning.
