摘    要:针对电网调度中心的调度、集控、继电保护及故障信息系统存在参数配置重复和不完整、数据对象不统一等问题,提出对各系统建立统一数据模型的思路。通过分析继电保护及故障信息系统对数据模型的需求,提出基于IEC61850《变电站中的通信网及系统》和IEC61970《公用信息模型》的统一数据模型技术实现方案,并指出方案实施中需剞劂的关键技术问题。

Abstract:In view of the problems such as repeated and incomplete parameter configuration and inconsistent data object in the dispatching, centralized control and relay protection fault information systems in power grid dispatching center, the idea of establishing unified data model for the systems are proposed. By analyzing the demand of the relay protection fault information system for the data model, a technical scheme is put forward for realizing the unified data model based on IEC 61850 Communication networks and Systems in Substations and IEC 61970 Common Information Model. Key technical problems to be solved while implementing the scheme are also indicated.
