| 摘 要： | 介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司上海高桥分公司0.6 Mt/a连续重整装置扩能至0.8 Mt/a的改造情况,改造内容主要包括:预加氢采用高空速催化剂;四合一炉增加炉管;重整进料换热器由板式替代原立式;再接触系统氨冷冻改造;分馏系统部分塔塔盘更换为高效塔盘等。分析了改造后装置运行存在的问题。

| Abstract: | The capacity of the CCR unit has been expanded from 14 000 b/d to 18 600 b/d in SINOPEC Shanghai Gaoqiao Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.The revamping work mainly include:application of high velocity catalysts for feed hvdrotreating,addition of tubes to the furnace,replacement of vertical heat exchanger with plate heat exchanger,revamping of chiller in re-contacting system and installation of high-efficiency trays in fraction tower,etc.The problems in operation after revamping are analyzed. |
