纤维缠绕环形压力容器的截面受力分析

摘    要:首先基于最小应变准则,再借助于网格理论,采用最优性条件提出了考虑壳的厚度的变化,通过分析应力的比例,得到应力的分布规律,在内部容量平等的情况下,分别计算压力容器螺旋管结构质量,以及与由此产生的不同的相对弯曲半径进行比较,得到圆截面的结构与压力容器截面相比螺旋管较轻,因此,环形压力容器的结构性能,可通过使用压力容器的设计方法得到显著提高。

Abstract:This paper outlined the design and comparison of filament wound toroidal pressure vessels with circular and isotensoid based cross sections.Based on the minimum strain energy criterion.With the aid of the netting theory,the winding patterns taking the variation of the shell thickness using the optimality condition mentioned above into account were presented.The structural mass of the circular and isotensoidal toroids were respectively calculated.The resulting masses were compared with different relative bend radio.It is concluded that the toroids with isotensoid based cross sections are lighter.
