飞轮轴承许用磨损寿命估算算法

摘    要:在轴承拟静力学法和轴承磨损理论基础上建立了飞轮轴承磨损寿命估算模型,分析了轴承预紧力、转速和结构参数对轴承磨损特性的影响并进行了试验验证。结果表明:轴承磨损寿命随着预紧力和沟道半径的增大而增加,当增加到一定值后,随其增大而减小;随着转速增大,磨损寿命降低,当转速较低时,转速对轴承磨损寿命影响较大,转速较高时对磨损寿命影响变小。

Abstract:The evaluation model for wear life of flywheel bearing is built based on quasi-static method and wear theory of bearing,the influences of preload,rotate speed and structural parameters on wear performance of bearing are analyzed and proved by experiment.The results show that the bearing wear life increases with the preload and raceway radius,when to the certain value,the bearing wear life decreases with the increase of preload and raceway radius.With the increase of rotate speed,the wear life decreases.The rotate speed has great influence on wear life of bearing when the rotate speed is low,and the influence for wear life becomes smaller when the rotate speed is high.
