自动化量热测氚装置研制

摘    要:以量热测氚法为基础,设计了一套自动化测氚装置。该装置通过综合应用双杯对接测量、大规模热电偶组均布、标准加热电阻预热等技术,使预热时间由原来的15h减至5h以内,在300~3000mW时,测量不确定度提高至0.4%,实现了含氚部件氚含量的快速、高精度测量。

Abstract:Based on the calorimetric tritium method,an automatic tritium measurement device was designed.Utilizing several technologies of double-cup butting measurement,symmetrical arrangement of large scale thermocouple and preheating of standard heating resistor,the preheating time is decreased from 15 h to less than 5 h and the uncertainty reaches 0.4% when the thermal power is in the range of 300-3 000 mW.And it can realize quick and high-accuracy measurement of tritium content.
