摘    要:低压电器产品中的关键导电件,如双金组件、线圈结构组件、导电系统组件以及各种触头,在生产过程中大多使用点焊、凸焊、电阻钎焊等方法。针对不同的材料、技术要求和客户条件如何合理地选择焊接方法,本文从不同角度,解决了该问题。同时,对保证焊接质量、矫正焊接变形以及消除内应力,均做出了不同的诠释。

Abstract:The key electricity-carrying parts in low voltage electrical apparatus, such as bimetallic element, winding construction module, system of electricity-carrying module, and various kinds of connection module, mostly uses resistance welding in the production process, such as spot welding, projection welding, resistance brazing. How to chose a reasonable method of resistance welding according to the different material, specification and customer condition? This kind of problem from different aspect solved. at the same time, the different explanations to guaranteed the welding quality, the correction welding deformation as well as eliminates the internal stress were made.
