| 摘 要： | 针对建筑工程施工质量控制的重要性，探讨了建筑工程施工质量控制的原则，从事前、事中、事后三个阶段对施工质量控制的过程进行了阐述，提出了影响施工质量各因素的控制措施，以加强工程质量控制，提高施工企业的市场竞争力。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the importance of quality control in the building engineering construction, the paper discusses its principle and process from three stages beforehand, in the event and afterwards. And it proposes control measures for each effect factor of construction quality, in order to enhance engineering quality control and improve the market competitiveness of construction enterprise. |
