基于免疫算法的机组负荷优化分配研究

摘    要:文章提出应用新的智能算法一免疫算法解决负荷优化分配问题。在分析负荷分配的数学模型和免疫算法特点的基础上,详细研究了基于免疫算法的负荷优化分配方法。优化问题的解对应于免疫算法中的抗体,解的优劣通过结合力的计算来评价,具有最大结合力的抗体就是问题的优化解。文中还提出应用机组持续状态时间进行编码改进,可明显加快算法的搜索速度,免疫算法中特有的基于抗体浓度更新和抗体多样性也使得算法具有很好的收敛性和搜索性能。该算法通过10台机系统进行了验证,计算结果证明免疫算法与其它优化算法相比,能更快搜索到较优解,从而为机组负荷优化分配的求解提供新的有效算法。

Abstract:A new approach using immune algorithm to solve unit commitment problem was proposed in this article. Based on analysis of mathematical model of unit commitment and characteristic of immune algorithm, the implementation method of immune algorithm was studied in detail. In the algorithm the solutions were deemed antibodies, which were determined through the calculation of affinity. And the antibody had highest affinity was the optimum solution. The duration of unit status was encoded as antibody string and the searching speed of algorithm was improved greatly for this modified encoding method. In addition immune algorithm has good convergence and global searching performance by generating the next populations based on antibodies concentration and keeping good diversity of antibodies. The proposed method was tested on a 10-unit system. The results demonstrated an optimum solution could be achieved efficiently by applying immune algorithm and it was a new effective optimization algorithm for solving unit commitment problem.
