数控蒙皮拉伸成形试验机控制系统开发

摘    要:为研究蒙皮零件在拉伸成形过程中的变形行为,自行研制开发了1MN数控蒙皮拉伸成形试验机系统。采用数字PID控制算法,实现了加载伺服油缸的速度控制以及对称拉伸油缸和工作台上顶油缸的位移同步控制,建立了数控蒙皮拉伸成形试验机控制系统。试验结果表明,系统具有较高的精度,符合大多数蒙皮零件的拉伸成形试验要求,为开展蒙皮拉伸成形过程控制和试验研究提供了试验保障。

Abstract:To study the deformation behavior of skin parts during the process of stretch-forming, a 1MN numerical control skin stretch forming testing system was developed.Velocity control of hydraulic servo cylinders and displacement synchronous control of same axial hydraulic servo cylinders were realized by using the improved digital proportional, differential,integral (PID) control algorithm,and the numerical control skin stretch-forming system was established.Test results show that the control precision of this system is well and the performance is reliable,which provides a experimental basis for the further research.
