| 摘 要： | 在新制度经济学研究领域,诺思一直从制度层面对经济绩效和变迁进行解释,从《制度、制度变迁和经济绩效》到《理解经济变迁过程》,是诺思从制度层面转向认知行为理解经济变迁的思想演变过程,但其探究的目标没有变化。总结诺思在其新著《理解经济变迁过程》中对制度和制度变迁等有关问题的讨论:从个体认知出发,由认知决定信念,制度是社会共同信念体系的外在表现,制度决定了经济绩效,制度变迁使得经济变迁。

| Abstract: | In the new field of institutional economics, North explains the perspective of institution, from North ＇ s Institution, Institutional Understanding the Process of Economic Change, he switches from behavior in order to understand ideological evolution of economic changed. This economic performance and change from Change and Economic Performance to the institutional level to the cognitive change, but its research goal has not paper summarizes North＇ s new thought on the institutional change and other related issues in his new book Understanding the Process of Economic Change ： starting from the perspective of individual cognition, cognition decides belief,system is the external performance of social common belief system,system determines economic performance, institutional change promotes economic change. |
