土建结构工程的安全性与耐久性

摘    要:我国建筑和桥梁等土建结构的设计规范,在结构构件承载能力的安全性、结构的整体牢固性和结构的耐久性等方面的安全设置水准,总体上均低于国外同类规范。在调整结构安全设置水准的问题上存在着不同的见解。混凝土结构的耐久性是当前困扰土建基础设施的世界性问题,应当引起我国有关主管部门和设计施工单位的足够重视。土建工程的设计应有最低使用寿命的要求;对于重要公共基础设施和建筑物,在其使用期内应实施强制性的定期安全检测。要完善技术标准体系与管理体制,鼓励科技创新和技术进步。

Abstract:The safety standard set up in Design Standard of China for civil engineering such as buildings and bridges is generally lower than the foreign counterpart, in respect of bearing structural members and entail firmness and durability of a structure etc.. The durability of concrete structure, especially for infrastructure, is a worldwide problem puzzling practitioners in this field. There are different views thereto in China between among the relevant professionals. This issue should be taken seriously by design institutions as well as authorities concerned in China. Minimum service life shall be specified for civil engineering design. For important infrastructures and public buildings compulsory tests shall be regularly made in the service life. Technological standard system and administrative mechanism shall be improved as well as scientific / technology innovation and progress encouraged.
