| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了自动切割机的刀具破损的检测原理,并进行了方法设计。对实验得到的数据分析后,结合统计学方法,使用引进的几个基本统计量,进行了算法设计,得到了一套针对有效的自动切割机的刀具破损检测方法。

| Abstract: | This article introduce the blade breakage detection principle of automatic dicing saw,and design the measure.After analyzing the data,combine the statistics technique,use 5 statistics basic variables which was introduced into,design the arithmetic,finally get the blade breakage detection technique which aim at the automatic dicing saw. |
