活化重晶石的研究

摘    要:钻井用加重泥浆常处于“加重—粘度切力上升—稀释处理—泥浆密度降低—再加重”的恶性循环中,引起重晶石因沉淀导致浪费,也同时消耗了相当数量的处理剂。本研究工作采用了以化学螯合剂将重晶石的表面进行化学改性处理,增强其亲水性、结构活性和高温稳定性。用这种方法处理制得的重晶石称为活化重晶石(Chemical Modification Activated Barite简称CMAB),在分散型泥浆、阴离子聚合物泥浆、两性离子聚合物泥浆及正电胶泥浆中使用后,泥浆在高温下重力稳定性明显提高,流变性也显著改善。

Abstract:Due to poor hydrophilicity and settling stability of mud weighting agent barite , the consumption of barite and other mud additive are resulted in . Surface activation of barite is adopted to deal with this problem . Chekting agent is used in the chemical modification process. It is shown that the said barite can be used in dispersed mud , polymer mud and other water based mud , and good results are achieved .
