铅酸蓄电池最大可充电流的定义探讨--一种适合于电动汽车回馈制动应用的方法

摘    要:提出了在电动汽车实际运行时定义回馈制动中免维护铅酸蓄电池的最大可充电流的实验方法。通过对汽车运行工况及电动汽车电机驱动控制器功率的分析 ,确定了定义最大可充电流的时间参数 ,从而得到最大可充电流的定义 ,实验结果表明该方法是可行的 ;根据这种方法提出了电动汽车在回馈制动中对铅酸蓄电池的充电策略

Abstract:The experimental method to define the largest acceptable charging current (LACC) for maintenance free lead acid battery applied in electric vehicle (EV) was introduced. The parameter of time for defining LACC was determined and the definition of LACC was obtained accordingly by analyzing the driving process of vehicle and the power characteristics of motor driving controller for EV. The result of experiment proves that the method is feasible. The charge strategy for lead acid battery during regeneration braking are presented according to the method.
