| 摘 要： | 把建筑施工企业项目管理机制看作一个系统,首先阐述系统的构成要素、结构和系统演化的变量空间、演化轨迹,并指出企业项目管理机制系统本质上是一种生产关系。然后根据生产力和生产关系基本原理分析指出,建筑施工企业生产力的状况和发展决定了企业项目管理机制系统的形态和演化;企业项目管理机制系统形态又能动地反作用于建筑施工企业的生产力;最后得出企业项目管理机制系统形态一定要适合建筑施工企业的生产力状况的结论。

| Abstract: | Enterprise-level project management mechanism(EPMM) system in building construction enterprise(BCE) is discussed as a system. Firstly, the elements, the structure, variable space for EPMM system's evolution,and evolutional track of EPMM system are introduced. EPMM system in BCE is one kind of productive forces in nature. Secondly, evolutional rules of EPMM system are analyzed according to basic principles of productive forces and productive relations. The status and development of productive forces of BCE decide the form and evolution of EPMM system,and EPMM system reacts to productive forces of BCE. Finally, the conclusion is drawn that EPMM system in BCE should adapt to specific productive forces of BCE. |
