PVC生产中钢制水夹套氯化氢合成炉的设计

摘    要:分析了PVC生产中钢制水夹套氯化氢合成炉腐蚀原因和腐蚀机理,确定了合成炉设计的壁温约束条件和设计对策.采用数学模拟法提出了附加壁温约束条件的氯化氢合成炉系统设计方法.经生产检验设计合理,操作稳定,合成炉使用寿命长.

Abstract:This paper analyzes the cause and mechanism of corrosion in hydrogen chloride synthesizer with steel-made water jacket in PVC production and determines the restriction conditions and designing countermeasures for wall temperature in the synthesizer.With mathematical simulating method,the design method for hydrogen chloride synthesizer annexed with wall temperature restriction condition is put forward. The production practice has proven that the design is reasonable, the operation is stable and the service life is longer.
