机械活化强化废氧化亚镍催化剂浸出的工艺研究

摘    要:进行了机械活化强化废氧化亚镍催化剂浸出的研究,研究结果表明:废氧化亚镍催化剂在球磨机内机械活化50min后化学活性明显提高,与浸出剂反应加快,浸出时间大大缩短,浸出酸耗减少,浸出率由原来的70%,提高到97%以上。

Abstract:The Intensifying recovery of deactivation nickel protoxide activator lixiviate for research on technology. The results showed that chemical activity of deactivation nickel protoxide activator was in proved and rate of its reaction witch chlorine leaching increased after the mechanical activation 50 minutes in a stirring mill. Deactivation nickel protoxide activator was rate of its reaction leaching reagents after the mechanical activation. It can greatly shorten the reaction time of deactivation nickel protoxide activator after the mechanical activation. Leaching rate was growth to 97% from 70%.
