棒材倍尺分段飞剪优化剪切原理

摘    要:就国内棒材倍尺分段飞剪两种运行模式常规分段和优化剪切分段作了详细分析,阐述了常规分段剪切原理、适用范围及其弱点,提出了精确优化剪切概念,采用实时预报分析下一根轧件的单位长度质量来精确计算下一根坯料轧出的成品总长,从而控制轧件分段长度及分段段数,并指出实现精确优化剪切的必要条件即坯料单根称重、轧件跟踪及二级自动化系统。

Abstract:In this paper, two running mode of civil bar dividing shear including conventional cutting and optimum cutting is specifically analyzed, because of the former defect, the concept of accurate optimum cutting is put forward, by means of analyzing the current rolling stack unit length weight and forecasting the next rolling stack product total length. Meanwhile the necessary condition for realizing accurate optimum cutting is pointed out that is single bloom weigh, rolling stack tracking and the second grade automation system.
