| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种基于嵌入式系统和Web Server的视频监控服务器的软、硬件设计与实现；该方案采用MPEG-4硬编码压缩方案和RTP／RTCP多媒体传输协议；能够设定帧率、分辨率和输出比特率等图像质量参数，并对通用网关接口和RTP／RTCP协议作了简要分析。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the software/hardware design and implementation of one kind of surveillance server based on embedded system and Web server. This scheme, which adopts MPEG-4 coding and RTP/RTCP multi-media transfer protocol, can set image quality parameters such as frame rate, resolution rate and output bit rate, etc. The brief analysis of common gateway interface and RTP/RTCP is also included. |
