摘    要:主要分析了35 kV变电站因控制回路设计错误导致主变保护装置出口继电器接点烧毁粘连而引起桥侧断路器偷跳的故障原因,提出了控制回路的改进措施并做了出口传动试验,验证了该措施可行有效,总结了在控制回路的设计、施工及调试工作中应注意的事项。

Abstract:The paper mainly analyzes the cause of the circuit breaker tripping fault which is caused by the burned contact of the exit relay in master transformer protection mechanism as a result of defective design of the control loop in 35 kV station.It gives a detailed investigation and analysis of the cause of the trouble and puts forward the improvement measures of control loop.The trip relay test verifies the feasibility and ef-fectiveness of such improvement,with matters called for attention in design,construction and commissioning of the control loop.
