摘    要:随着高速加工技术的发展,机床结构件的轻量化成为保证加工精度和高速度的必然要求.现多集中于结构件的筋板设计,如优化结构参数、改进结构形式和替换传统材料等,并广泛采用计算机仿真建模、分析软件.此外,轻质高效的生物结构也逐渐被应用于机床结构件的仿生设计、改进中,并取得了一定的轻量化效果,为一般机械结构的轻量化设计提供了参考.

Abstract:With the development of high-speed machining,the lightweight design of machine tools structures is an inevitable request to guarantee high accuracy and high-speed machining.At present,studies are concentrating on the stiffening ribs design,including structural parameter optimization,distribution improvement,material updating.Computer aided modeling and analysis softwares are widely adopted by designers.The light and efficient biological structures are applied to machine tool structural bionic design,which offers a new solution to lightweight design of common mechanical structures.
