摘    要:系统建模是控制系统设计的基础,建立了用于控制系统设计的质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)集总参数动态模型。从质量守恒和能量守恒角度进行PEMFC机理建模。模型分为8个子模型,即风机动态模型、供应管腔动态模型、空气冷却和加湿器静态模型、阴极动态模型、回流管腔动态模型、阳极动态模型、质子交换膜中水传输模型以及电化学电压模型。通过Matlab/Simulink软件仿真分析,表明所建立的模型能模拟出PEM-FC内的压力、电压、温度以及能量的动态特性,为进一步的控制系统设计奠定了基础。

Abstract:System modeling is the foundation of control system design.Based on conservation of mass and energy,a proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC) lumped parameter mechanism model is established for control system design.The model is composed of eight submodels: wind turbine dynamic model,supply manifold dynamic model,air cooler and humidifier static model,cathode dynamic model,return manifold dynamic model,anode dynamic model, membrane hydration model and electrochemical voltage model.The Matlab /Simulink software simulation analysis proves that the established model can simulate the pressure,voltage,temperature and energy inside the PEMFC, which provides a goog basis for further study of control system design.
