LED单边侧入式导光板的网点设计

摘    要:单边侧入式导光板可降低其设计成本和制作成本,为了获得均匀的表面照度,本文介绍了LED为光源的单边侧入式导光板散射网点设计方法。建立了相应模型,得到这种导光板散射网点的一种排布公式和计算方法,并用TracePro软件进行模拟仿真,验证了网点设计方法的正确性。模拟和实验结果表明通过这种网点设计方法可获得均匀度优于90%的表面照度分布。

Abstract:The light guide plate (LGP) with single edge lighting can reduce its production and design costs. In order to obtain uniform surface illumination, a design method of scattering netted dots on LED light guide plate with single edge lighting is introduced in this paper. A model was set up to get an arrangement formula and related method to design this kind of light guide plate with scattering netted dots. According to the method the design of scattering netted dots on a LGP with single edge lighting is simulated and analyzed by using TracePro software, and the correctness of the design method is verified. The results of simulation and experiment show that the uniformity of surface illumination is higher than 90%.
