摘    要:针对LED自由曲面反射器设计,建立了光学设计模型。根据光学设计模型,编写了自由曲面反射器设计软件。利用圆形照度均匀分布和矩形照度均匀分布自由曲面反射器设计实例对软件算法进行了验证,其中圆形被照面的照度均匀度达到了0.92,矩形被照面横向照度均匀度达到了0.9,纵向照度均匀度达到了0.8。软件计算时间少于1s,算法是高效可靠的。本软件可用于道路照明、投影设备、重点照明和汽车前照灯等非成像光学设计领域。

Abstract:An optical design model for the LED freeform reflector design is established. A software is compiled for the LED freeform reflector design accroding to the optical design model. The algorithm of the software is verified by two freeform reflector design cases, which are circular uniform illuminance distribution and rectangular uniform illuminance distribution respectively. The results reveal that the uniformity of illuminance on the circular target surface is 0.92, the transverse uniformity of illuminance on the rectangular target surface is 0.9, and the longitudinal uniformity of illuminance on the rectangular target surface is 0. 8. The computation time is less than ls, and the algirithm is effective and reliable. The software can be used in the nonimaging optical design fields such as road lighting, projector illumination and automobile headlamp design.
